It also contains caffeine, which was discussed in Lipo 6. It also contains green tea, which will help the effectiveness of the caffeine, which Lipo 6 does not have. It also contains Hoodia, which claims to be an appetite suppressant but this is yet to be proven. There are also some diuretics, such as juniper extract, dandelion, and yerba mate. There are so many ingredients in this supplement, leaving some skeptical that there is enough of any of the ingredients to be effective. 

Whey protein is a popular supplement among bodybuilders. Whey is a dairy protein that comes from cow's milk and is very high in protein. It is a protein that has all the essential amino acids in nature. Whey protein is a great supplement for those that exercise frequently and need to replace their depleted protein as well as aide in muscle recovery.  

Some individuals that are allergic to dairy may elect to do an egg based protein instead of the whey to regain lost protein during exercise. It has the same amount of protein as whey. Both come in powder form, and can be taken with milk, water, or even made into a smoothie or milk shake.
